Felicity Smith has a Master’s of Creative Writing, Publishing and Editing from the University of Melbourne. Since 2017, she has been teaching VCE English and tertiary classes at the University of Melbourne. Outside of teaching, Felicity has built up skills in facilitating growth in young people through years of volunteering with Camp Cooinda Inc. Felicity is an avid writer and creative; she has worked at Farrago Magazine as a Creative Subeditor and illustrator. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, her work has been published with the Australian Multilingual Writing Project. Felicity is passionate about ancient languages of the Near East – she has mastered Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphic and is now working to master Akkadian. In her spare time, Felicity loves to watch films and plays and is a zealous player of Tabletop RPGs.
